WOD & YOGA CLASSES

Functional fitness meets circuit training at our in-studio group training classes. Our workout of the day (WOD) class will help you burn fat, gain muscle and increase range of motion. Our Kinesiologist, Chris, will instruct 45min sessions. We currently offer WOD classes on Mondays - 730am and Saturdays - 11am.

Our Hatha Yoga group classes focus on stretching and strengthening the body while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. It is great for beginners, as well as physically and mentally challenging for experienced yogis. Our instructor, Urte, will be guiding 60min sessions. We currently offer yoga classes on Mondays - 12pm, Tuesdays - 930am, Wednesdays - 7am, and Saturdays - 8am.

We also offer virtual private training sessions. Whether you have a full home gym or minimal equipment, we can work together virtually to create a plan that will help you meet your fitness goals. Contact us for more information.
