GROUP CLASSES

Functional fitness meets circuit training at our in-studio group training classes. Our workout of the day (WOD) class will help you burn fat, gain muscle and increase range of motion. Our Kinesiologist, Chris, will instruct 45min sessions. Our WOD classes are currently on break! Check our socials for updates on schedule.

We also offer virtual private training sessions. Whether you have a full home gym or minimal equipment, we can work together virtually to create a plan that will help you meet your fitness goals. Contact us for more information.
